Very frustrating as only one person can have the log in and that has to be the Director and it is very hard for him to have time to deal with the details. This doesnt work for accounts and delays the whole accounting process each month and causes issues with sending out statements etc.

very good team and helped me go through the Xero integration and download the previous transactions. The bank feed made the reconciliation much easier. Supporting team was friendly and helpful and prompt on response.

Love integrating PinPayments with Xero. Really takes the hassle out of chasing money and gives the end customer the ability to pay then and there with their credit card. And also gives us the ability to take payments then and there. I chose these guys for their excellent support, over their competitors such as eway for example. In addition, I believe they are making it easier now to account for PinPayment fees than opposed to doing a minor adjustment on that xero invoice to remove the PinPayments fee.
