Overview

The Fleet Office is a fully integrated software suite, specialising in Fleet Management, Tracking, Maintenance, Hire and electronic Timesheets and Dockets. We are a small but impactful team based in Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast. Jim Lee – a Diesel Fitter by trade - started The Fleet Office 7 years ago after identifying a gap in the market of Fleet Management. The software was created with Fleet Managers and Managing Directors in mind to streamline processes and overall business efficiencies thus saving money and enabling companies to grow.

Asset associated costs, including maintenance costs are shown for your entire Fleet.

Fleet Hire – Invoicing

Our hire platform automatically generates invoices, then syncs them across to Xero as draft invoices. Invoice items can be individually tracked using our flexible Mapping options.

Digital Timesheets

Automatically sync user timesheets from The Fleet Office into Xero, with flexible tracking options pulled from our fully customisable timesheet forms.

Enviro Hire

We love the Fleet Office system and how it works for our business, now that it links with Xero we can automatically sync our contracts each month into Invoices for end of month processing and billing our clients, makes our lives easier and is an amazing function to have between the two systems! Great work guys.
