Game changer

Since joining SortScape over a year ago it has completely transformed my admin and given me so much more free time. It also makes the operations run much smoother. In the last year all the updates have been brilliant and made the app even better to use. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and communication

Sortscape is possibly the biggest unlock I've made in my business. After my initial clumsy experimentation with the main features, I've come to completely trust and rely on the software to keep me and my staff organised and my admin simple and largely automated. I didn't next to no time now with sending and following up invoices and quotes, and scheduling (and rescheduling due to weather and staff) is very easy to put together accurately. I'd love to see the Route Optimisation feature upgraded with an option to plan routes with the target address on the left-hand side for better efficiency and safety, and an option to avoid right-hand turns onto major roads (or make minor detours to traffic lights) to make driving etc a trailer easier in inner city areas. Customer service has always been excellent. The chatbot is decent, with the usual AI quirks and logic loops. But if it gets stuck and doesn't give me a good answer, one of the human staff gets back to me usually within 24 hours. New features and quality of life improvements are being added constantly, with very few crashes or scheduled downtime. I was previously a Jim's Mowing franchisee and the comparison between Sortscape and the Jim's software is night and day, I only wish I'd made the move years earlier. Thank you, team! I hope you keep going from strength to strength

Hi Joe, Thanks so much for the generous review! “Biggest unlock I’ve made in my business” is about the best thing we could hope to hear, and we’re glad the invoicing, quoting and scheduling are now running largely on their own for you. I really appreciate the detailed route optimisation suggestions too. Both sound like good ideas, especially for trailer work in the inner city, and I’ve logged them for future consideration. Thanks also for the kind words about support and reliability. We know the chatbot isn’t always perfect, so it’s good to hear the handover to a human is working when it gets stuck. (We also improve the chatbot every day.) A lot of what we ship comes straight from feedback like yours, and we keep a close eye on performance and stability so the app is there when you and your crew need it. Game changer

Me and the crew really love sort scape. One thing we would love to see is push notifications as reminders for issues and requests. For example issues for the job on the day remind the team the day before or the day of the job that there is an issue or request needing to be completed for the specific job on the day. Sometimes we miss them as we have many jobs and sometimes a special tool or materials might be needed. This would also help automatons even more

Best app

Sortscape is a great app for crm and scheduling the guys are always building and making great updates highly reccomend
