We find the Purchase Order element of Workhorse, works very well for us. At the moment we are not using it for Inventory Management. The Integration between XERO & Workhorse has great compatibility.

At the same time as moving from Sage to Xero, we implemented Workhorse for sales order processing and invoicing (including EDI and Xero integration), purchase order processing, and stock control. From the outset, Workhorse were very professional and took us through a well-structured implementation programme that ensured we covered all aspects of the project. Their lead consultant was helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly demonstrated how versatile the system could be. As we firmed up on processes, the consultant was able to tailor the appearance and outputs from the system to look like our own, offered suggestions for improvements, and improved the end-user experience considerably. After a period of testing, we went live on schedule, and the consultant helped us overcome those challenges that only occur in a live environment.
