#Daily Automated Sync Export all your eCommerce Orders, Products & Customer data to Xero Automatically. You can choose your data to Xero automatically or prefer to do it manually at your convenience.
#Order Sync You may have prepaid orders, or might have orders for which payment will be received later. With your app, you do not have to worry about. The Order sync will happen as it is in your eCommerce store account. If a payment is received later on, it will be updated in Xero at that time. Also, cancellations & refunds are synced appropriately.
#Products When our app syncs the eCommerce sales to Xero, it will also sync the associated products to Xero using the details in the order in eCommerce platform. Currently, we sync only the products associated with the orders that are synced. If you require all products (upto 1000 variants) to be synced without them being a part of the order, do let us know.
#Customers You may choose whether you want to create an individual customer in Xero for all your customers or you can select to sync all orders under one dummy customer. If you select the former, all your customers are entered into Xero as well during the order sync.
#Tax & Shipping lines We have you covered. We will even sync the Tax lines & Shipping line items to your Xero Account.
#Inventory Sync Add-on Feature If you would like to sync your inventory quantities between Xero and Shopify, we have an inventory sync add-on feature, which will sync product quantities from Xero to Shopify.

Parex Bridge + Xero
Parex Bridge connects your ecommerce store to your Xero account and keeps your sales data in sync, so you no longer need to key orders into Xero by hand. It works with leading platforms including Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Wix and Squarespace.
What syncs to Xero:
Orders and invoices: each store order is created in Xero as an invoice, matching what appears in your store, including prepaid orders and orders awaiting payment. Payments: payments are recorded against invoices, and payments received later are updated in Xero automatically. Refunds and cancellations: refunds and cancelled orders are synced so your books reflect what actually happened. Products: products on synced orders are created in Xero from the order details, and your full product catalogue can also be synced on request. Customers: create an individual Xero contact for every customer, or post all orders to a single generic customer to keep your contact list tidy. Tax and shipping: tax lines and shipping charges are carried across as separate line items for accurate reporting.
How it works: Syncs run automatically every day, and you can also start a sync manually whenever you need up-to-date figures. An optional Inventory Sync add-on sends stock quantities from Xero back to Shopify, so Xero can act as your source of truth for inventory.
