Linked with Xero, I don't really use the CRM very much although I plan to use it more in the future.

Brilliant support, easy to use and integrates well with Xero. Very skeptical moving but its been fantastic.

Really Simple Systems CRM is great. Seamless integration with Xero. It also is flexible so that you can make changes to the system to suit your individual needs

Links seamlessly with Xero. RSS is a great tool. Really easy to use, cost effective, editable (easily) and just, as it's name suggests, simple. I have practically created my own CRM format. With my own sub sections; products ordered, last price, incentive preference, buyer type etc etc. Also, with ONE clcik, my accounts are added to Xero, meaning I can track quotes and sales orders to each client with their unique product code and documented history!
