Precoro Review

We’re still getting to learn and explore Precoro, but so far it’s been an awesome tool for managing our procurement process. It has brought structure and transparency to purchase requests, approvals, and tracking. One of the best parts is how well it syncs with Xero and Slack, making communication and financial reconciliation much smoother. Overall, Precoro is helping us streamline operations and improve visibility across departments — we’re excited to see its full potential as we continue using it.We also sincerely appreciate the Precoro team for their continued support — from training sessions to promptly responding to our queries. Their guidance has made the onboarding process smooth and effective. Fantastic product and team

We moved to Precoro to professionalise and streamline our purchase order process. The team at Precoro were awesome at helping me understand how the product works, and how best to use it in our company. They are hands on with implementation and there every step of the way whenever I had questions.

Great integration

We’ve been using Precoro for all our procurement activities over the last year, and the integration works seamlessly for our needs. Excellent procurement software!

Precoro has been fantastic for helping us track our budgets to a more granular detail than Xero can offer natively. It is also excellent for managing approvals and user interactions with the software in a highly modifiable way. The reporting functionality is also extremely useful for us and is also very customisable. Best of all, the Precoro staff have been wonderful getting us set up and using the software!

best procrurement / purchasing software

great software with a good integration with Xero. Xero is super limited in what it can do once you scale to a certain size and need finer control over purchasing and approvals. precoro solves most problems you will come across as a growing business and is flexible enough to meet the needs of a company at any stage of its growth journey. simple to use for people around the business too, makes this stuff as non-financey as it could be! the team at precoro are super helpful too :)
