I have now used XBert in three different bookkeeping practices I have founded. I love it. I couldn't reach the level of efficiency or the number of clients I service without it. I love the data quality checks but the real value is in the workflows. Once you organise the set up to match how your practice works, you won't look back. If your processes change, you only need to change one master template and it immediately flows through to all clients. And their support and training are umatched. Can't recommend the product and the team highly enough. If I could, I'd give them 6 stars
