Whilst the platform is clean and easy to understand, this software is generally unusable with regularly glitch, spinning blue circle, unable to add documents, unable to open documents, etc, etc. Support are responsive but have offered no meaningful solutions. We are moving to another product as we are sick of the terrible performance. Cannot recommend this software in good conscience to anyone

Easy to use and the layout is very clear. Love the search functionality as it makes it very easy to find documents.

Suitefiles is painful to use - it often doesn't work, corrupting files or being blatantly unusable. It's a glitchy off-brand OneDrive that hampers your work rather than helping

Great cloud based filing system. Great integration with Outlook and XPM.

SuiteFiles saves me a lot of time with document management. Ability to create templates, Integrations with other accounting platforms, PDF tools and included digital signing makes big difference compared to other products in the market.
