Easy to deal with, spoke with Consultant who talked me through process and answered and queries, only took 3 days, data converted to much higher standard than expected. Need to check Employee settings in detail, that is to be expected. Great work.

I have had to convert a few files in my time and I can not fault Jet Convert. Communicates well, and no mistakes. Please note that the files I have had experience with did not have inventory. But all budget info, and 5 years prior, was all converted sucessfully.

I just finished my fifth conversion from QBO to Xero, and the experience was flawless. I love that I can initiate it and complete it without having to inconvenience the client directly. Jet Convert is a platform I look forward to using repeatedly as I move clients out of QBO.

They will only optimize for the conversion balances to be equal. However, this leaves huge issues with your system because it will not work with class matching. I'm literally spending 15+ hrs to make sure everything has imported properly.

I have just finished my second conversion with Jet Convert and on both occasions I been highly impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, documentation and speed. My first conversion included ten years of data from Reckon Accounts Hosted. The second one, which was just completed during their end of financial year peak, was eight years data from MYOB Account Right Live (they seem to be able to get more from the online files than the desktop versions with MYOB). In both cases I got a full year by year, account by account trial balance reconciliation, and a great sense of confidence that my new Xero archive was as accurate, and more accessible, than keeping an old copy of the other system around. A great tool for maintaining continuity of recordkeeping - spend the cash, you won't regret it.

Despite a slight delay, the data transfer was flawless and we had our Xero account up and running within a day of receiving the converted file. We also discovered a solution in this process for trimming down our jobs to a Xero hard limit of 2450 and delete them in bulk, saving us significant time and effort.
