As a new subscriber to Precoro overall we have been very pleased with the system and its integration with Xero. The system covers way more functionality than we use it for, but I would say the Precoro team have been learning from us as much as we have from them. Generally, it is a good system, and their team are always at hand to give support and guidance to any issues that have occurred. They have good communications being via individual emails or team meetings so that we can discuss as a group to help get any issues resolved. They have been particularly good since Maria took control of everything. They are very responsive with replies, and Andrew has been especially helpful as well. If there’s a feature they currently don’t provide, they are open to passing the feedback on to their product team. They are continuously improving Precoro with new features, such as OCR receipt scanning and the new traffic light system that is coming soon. Overall we are very happy with them the system and the Precoro team.
