Switching to Peach a year ago has been a revelation. Our previous old fashioned clunky POS system required regular polling by field service technicians that needed to come into our Service Centre to update on a weekly basis. This meant stock levels, sales, customer accounts were always not up to date. Now with Peach Software all data is live and up to date and we can effectively manage stock and replenishment across multiple warehouse locations. Our previous POS system had its own accounts modules but they required lots of manual journals, there were no datafeeds, allocating payments took ages and bank reconciliations were a nightmare. Now with Peach Software which seamlessly integrates with Xero we get bank feeds, automated journals, everything is user friendly and intuitive. We made the change to Peach after struggling for too long with another software that struggled to keep up with the amount of inventory we had, and actually suited the way our business operates. The below points are the reasons we are happy we have made the switch. • This is the first software we were able to complete a proper stocktake, that would save and wouldn’t crash the system. • Accurate stock levels in the shop and each vehicle is now possible. • We used to have to setup blanket discounts for customers and try to remember to cancel the discount on low margin items – no longer with peach. Various items get setup by group code. • Setting sell prices to a margin, rather than just cost plus markup, and seeing these figures live while playing with quotes is a gamechanger. • Whenever there is an issue, The tech support team are only too happy to help out, and can easily jump on a shared screen over the phone and resolve issues quickly. • There is so much more potential of this powerful software, we have only just scratched the surface and are excited to get more into it. We have been using Peach Software for over 5 years. Peach has many helpful features that suit our business. Screens and programs are easy to see, use and navigate through and tutorials are easy to follow. Support staff are always available, helpful and answer queries, resolve issues. You can modify/create reports easily, it is easy to customise your favourite transactions. I would highly recommend Peach software to other businesses.

We transitioned to Peach Software due to our previous software being very expensive and not user friendly (also little support). Peach Software has covered all of the above bases and more. The transition/implementation went very smoothly. We are able to obtain timely support from Peach in any area we require. Training new staff to use the Peach system is much easier than our previous system as it is very user friendly. Our Sales Reps on the road are able to easily create customer orders to go straight to the warehouse for picking. We also use the Xero integration, which works very well for us. The Youtube videos that Rob makes are a great way to undertake initial research regarding Peach. Also, having the ability to undertake a trial with our data was a real selling point for us. We would highly recommend Peach Software, including their support team.
