A credit to the team

We find the integration between Xero and Pin Payments to be a very smooth. A great app and on the rare occasion we contact the support team, we find them to be prompt, polite and responsive. Thoroughly recommended.

Pin Payments are amazing

We use Pin Payments for all our online invoicing, we have integrated our accounting package Xero with Pin Payments. Xero invoices are paid to Pin Payments and we get payment about 3 days later. Pin Payments also allow us to charge the customer for the credit card fee and this is handled within the Xero system. My only suggestion is that we don't really need to know the credit card fee. The fee is charged then credited and this makes for many transactions during the busy summer period. The fee makes no difference to us and if there was a way to simply debit the fee then credit it to end up with a zero amount that would make life easier. Not sure if this is possible. Otherwise a magic system and the support team are fantastic. Thoroughly recommended

Used for a long time

We use for client online payments, you can opt for clients to pay the charges which we have done recently and PinPayments create transactions into XPM and all I have to do is reconcile. Happy with results and will continue to use.

Disappointed

Very frustrating as only one person can have the log in and that has to be the Director and it is very hard for him to have time to deal with the details. This doesnt work for accounts and delays the whole accounting process each month and causes issues with sending out statements etc.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
