We moved over to Trove a few months ago and are very happy with it. We have received an excellent level of support with the on board process. The software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. We have been able to tailor it to suit our specific needs as it offers so much flexibility.

We have changed over to Trove a few months ago and have not regretted it. easy onboarding and great support. the system itself is easy to navigate and accurate. sync is seamless with Xero. They have a great insights/analytics area as well.

This app has saved us a huge amount of valuable time. We had always struggled with Xero’s automated email function, as we invoice multiple clients within the same organisation. This app has allowed us to assign email addresses to individual invoices, which has made the process far more efficient. I would highly recommend it to any organisation facing the same issue. Trove is easy to use and very forward thinking, actively taking on customer feedback and implementing changes to meet customer needs.

Honestly, deciding to use Trove was the best decision for our ARs and has had a material impact on how we conduct our business. We'd tried many other options before, which were over complex, difficult to configure, and lacked direct integration - causing customer confusion. Trove is absolutely amazing - Lightweight (in a good way), does what it says on the box and makes everything automated and simple. The percentage of customers that pay on chased invoices is outstanding and and pays the monthly subscription cost 10 times over. The staff / support are very helpful. Cannot recommend it enough.
