Great system
Easy to use. Links well to Xero. Great to have a 'vote' option and be able to input in to future changes that are useful to the user. Would recommend

Really happy with using this for our business approvals for POs and invoice matching and approval.

Ease of use
Although this app controls the delegation of authority swiftly, however there is one issue i.e. If there is a single invoice with multiple line items, it goes to multiple approvers at the same level. Consequently, the approvers get confused and they wait for the others to approve. This way the process gets delayed.

Thanks for leaving a review, Saad. It sounds like the workflow just needs a little tweak. Your account manager will reach out to you to help adjust the settings. ApprovalMax can configure multiple approvers on the same approval step or assign them to different approval steps.

Easy to use, meets our approval segregation requirements
We are using ApprovalMax for bill approvals from multiple approvers. Very happy with the seamless integration into Xero, which has negated the requirement to give multiple staff access to Xero for bill approvals.
