Seamless gave our accounting practice a comprehensive and efficient workflow process for onboarding clients, literally out of the box. It's great for gathering details for multi-entity clients and, with customisable forms, scoping their requirements upfront. Once the client enters their details, we can verify ID and get engagement terms accepted ASAP, then can push the details through to XPM and use forms submitted to prepare a quote in Xero that the client will accept. Without Seamlss, managing this intricate process would make accepting new clients would be less viable for our practice. Great support too. Highly recommend.
