Love the software, HATE the customer portal. I did the free trial and could not get passed the point where you send estimates to customers and the portal is so difficult for the customers to access. I't not like on xero where it's an open site. The customer has to jump through hoops to access the portal, which can really be cumbersome to customers. Also the email templates are lacking.
