Overview

Reconcile.ly is for anyone who is using Shopify to run their eCommerce business.

Reconcile.ly will automatically export any Shopify Payments payouts into invoices and ensure they are synced and allocate correctly to your Xero accounts. Even payments that didn’t use the ‘Shopify Payments’ gateway can be imported too.

Once connected, Reconcile.ly supports multi-currency store fronts and can organise your payments into:

  • Tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive sales
  • Shipping fees
  • Shopify fees
  • Refunds
  • Giftcards
  • Gains/losses from currency exchange rates

Reconcile.ly will save you hours of work by automating all the manual adjustments required to reconcile your Shopify payouts.

Reconcile.ly + Xero

Reconcile.ly allows you to send a single invoice to Xero, that consolidates all the orders that were part of a Shopify payout.

When reconciled against the payout from Shopify in the bank feed, this will then adjust your Xero accounts accordingly with all the correct data taken from each order.

Getting started

To get started, simply log in using your Shopify account. After that you will be able to connect your Xero.

Once both are connected, its as easy as setting up your account mappings and Reconcile.ly will start sending your summarised Shopify payout data to Xero.

Consistently Excellent

Excellent app, faultless. When stock issues prevent import, extremely quick turnaround by friendly staff, best and most efficient customer service I think I've ever experienced, not just in Xero but anywhere. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks team Reconcily!

Works perfectly, great value for money

This is a great app! Researched all the options, and this one was the cheapest, with excellent functionality, reliability, customisation and support when I asked about a couple of set-up options. It makes the reconciliation happen without any alterations required, thanks!
