When adding Katana through Xero's app store, a short onboarding tour will take you through a couple of configuration steps, and you're all set. Katana also has an extensive Knowledge Base with articles and videos to get you on track in no time.

Very Disappointed

Just canceled my subscription. My price went from $1,188.00 a year to $2,148.00 a year after they made their new plans.

Adaptable, easy to understand and use. Great support!

The platform has empowered our team to be more effective. The integration with Xero streamlines our entire manufacturing process. The support we have received in setting things up and thereafter has been more that satisfying. Thank you for a well designed solution.

Flexible software - good experience so far

Katana is a great tool that has adapted to our business needs and can scale as the complexity of our business grows. As an ecommerce business with retail channels, Katana has helped us take our inventory management to the next level. Drawback; pricing is a big jump if you're on the edge of Standard / Advanced. The onboarding could also be improved for the done for you option.
