We trialed several HR platforms before finally settling on HR Partner. We had specific needs which most platforms could not meet, such as mutli-person authorisation in a specific order for leave. Most platforms were either to simple or complex, but clunky and hard to set up and train our staff on. Their customisable portal and layers of functions allow you to simplify the experience for users, but have detailed customisable settings for admins. It is so intuative to use there was very little training for our staff, and despite the amazing support from HR Partner staff we haven't even needed to use all our meetings / tutorials. Although whenever we do need any help, HR Partner is very responsive and helpful.

HR Partner has revolutionised staff management within the business. With over 130 people, working in excel registers is no longer an option. The HR Partner team, specifically Sarah have been great it getting us setup across the different features of the platform. Highly recommend to anyone looking.

Unfortunately the one way sync with xero and the inflexibility of the dev team let us down. We liked the recruitment feature, though there were a lot of gaps and workarounds needed to make things usable.
