Fathom is a great product to use, very user friendly. Support team also very good and quick in responding - in particular support provided from Lei was excellent.

Fathom is a great tool for us to use for forcasting the future. The graphs are very interactive and helps with showing our governance group where we are at and where we are heading. This enables us to make the correct decisions going forward in a easy to understand way.

We were introduced to Fathom through our accountant, and it has been a great recommendation for our business. The onboarding experience was excellent - clear guidance, easy to follow, and the video walkthroughs and help section made getting start smooth. The product itself is very useful for SME reporting. It connects automatically to Xero, which saves us a lot of time on month-end reporting once templates are built. The forecast feature is also very helpful, although a bit more flexibility would make it even better. Support has been fantastic as well. We were assigned on account manager who ran multiple sessions to help us get the most out of Fathom, and any questions we had were answered quickly. Overall, a great and user-friendly tool for xero users.
