Dext makes life easy
I am by no means computer savvy. Dext takes all the pain out of logging invoices. With Dext fetch or emailing invoices to my Dext account, where they are all sorted for you . With a quick check. Publish to xero and its job done. Sleep easy

Strawberries and cream
There are some things that go together and become greater than the sum of their parts. Strawberries and cream are one such thing, so in a different way are Xero and Dext. Xero on its own is great, combine it with Dext and you have an intuitive system that saves no end of time and hassle.

Should have got it years earlier
I used to not have Dext or Xero (which I use along side DEXT). Every year I would spend weeks catching up with my accounts as I was forever falling behind. I'd have lost receipts and would not know what certain payments were for on my bank statements as had long forgotten. Those days are well and truly over. I wish I had paid for DEXT and Xero years before I did. The weeks I have saved per year and the reduction in stress (as well as no longer missing receipts) is utterly fantastic. I highly recommend to everyone!

Thank you for the detailed review and 5 stars, Catherine! You've captured it perfectly, from receipt capture via WhatsApp, mobile or desktop, to Bank Match solving unknown transactions, seamless Xero sync and AI smart rules keeping everything categorised automatically.
One extra tip: try Vault to store and organise other important documents like contracts and insurance all in one place.

For people who HATE paperwork!
Have referred several people to Dext as I was sick of them complaining about how they stay up late at night doing data entry of all their invoices! Now they complain that their husbands are annoying as they spend too much time together! Do you have an app for that?

Excellent Software
Pure bliss. It simply works perfectly. Similar systems are clunky and difficult to use but, not Dext. It saves hours of time entering transactions to the accounts software and really is, from my experience, a pleasure to use.
