Getting started
Set-up is secure, easy and no IT support is required. It only takes a couple of minutes to integrate with your Xero account.
Create your CreditorWatch Collect account
Click Add Organisation to select and authorise your accounting software.
Once authorised, your data will be imported within a few minutes and you're ready to complete your setup.
Either complete set-up yourself or book a 30-minute video call with a product specialist to help you. Set-up includes configuring your reminder settings, reviewing/updating your workflows and reminders, confirming your reminder schedule.
We have a live chat option which you can use to get help at any point during set-up.
