Flawless Xero Integration for Managing AR & AP

I use Assist to push bills and invoices from my email into Xero. Assist scrapes all the data from the bill/invoices including: account code, tax status, vendor, and amounts. I was really taken back by the accuracy of Assist to scrape all sorts of documents (pdf, word, screenshots) and there's a screen to verify the information is correct. It enables me to review and verify information going into Xero versus having to manually enter the information. Saving me time and money. Additionally, for smaller businesses, you can submit 50 bills/invoices for free and for most of my clients, that's all they need. Highly recommend.

Seamless Xero Integration and Efficient Document Processing

Assist.biz makes integrating with Xero seamless and efficient. The setup is quick, and the platform is easy to navigate. It processes PDFs and images into Excel/CSV formats for direct import into Xero. While adding support for Excel and Word files would enhance its functionality, the platform is reliable and delivers excellent value for businesses. Highly recommended!

After exploring various data extract automate apps, I would love to recommend all Xero fellow to integrate with this app. ASSIST integrated well with my Xero account which helps me to automate my billing/invoicing process for my business. Auto extract data from the bill/invoice (in complex format) and people can send the bill directly to the app so everything is automated. Save tons of time for my bookkeeping process with most affordable price in the market. ASSIST is an excellent and money-wise choice for you

Assist.biz Testing Review

Assist.biz has demonstrated a strong foundation with effective invoice and bill management features, particularly through its seamless integration with Xero and QuickBooks. ASSIST is a very reliable platform to help companies manage invoice/receipts/claims as it allow fuss free uploading of documents without manual typing on the system. Thus this helps companies to efficiently (by saving time) carry out their tasks with high accuracy. Approved this app!!
