Pretty happy with Planright, we have been moving to a scheduling system for all our work and this has been pretty key in getting a better understanding of where the current workloads are. They have recently updated it for changes to be made in XPM via the software which is a great step. We have a mix of monthly work and one off work which we still need a spreadsheet for but once loaded Planright gives us a great picture of who has capacity and when.

We've only be using PlanRight for a few months but in that time it's had a really positive impact on the business, particularly the day to day administrative side of managing resource planning. We're also starting to see the benefits with regards to projections. It's a great little tool, well worth it!
