With the Xero integration, teams can keep their quote, invoice, and signed document workflow connected. Once documents are completed, signed PDFs can be synced back to Xero, helping reduce manual file handling and keeping important records easier to find.
SignWell + Xero
SignWell connects with Xero so businesses can send Xero Quotes and Invoices for e-signature without breaking their accounting workflow.
Users can connect their Xero organization, choose eligible Quotes or Invoices, send them through SignWell for signing, and keep the signed document connected to the related Xero record. When a document is completed, SignWell can sync the signed PDF back to Xero as an attachment and update the workflow automatically.
For signed Quotes, SignWell can also create a draft Invoice in Xero in the background using the Quote’s existing customer, line items, currency, reference, branding, and amount details. This helps teams move from quote approval to invoicing with less manual work.
