JobFlow connects the work recorded by your team with the customers and invoice information used by your accounts team.
- Bring in your customers: Import selected Xero contacts to create linked customers in JobFlow.
- Connect your charging: Link charge-out rates, services, products and materials to Xero item codes and, where required, general ledger account codes.
- Check before you invoice: Review job details, charges and coding in JobFlow. Use Billing Preview to check the lines selected for invoicing.
- Create draft invoices in Xero: Generate invoices from your reviewed job information, ready for your office to check and send in Xero.

Getting started
Once your JobFlow account is ready:
- Open Settings > Invoice Settings in JobFlow.
- Under Xero Connection Status, click Connect.
- Sign in to Xero and authorise JobFlow to access the organisation you want to connect.
- Import your required Xero customers and configure the item codes, charge-out rates and invoice settings for your work.
- Check a representative job in Billing Preview and create a draft invoice in Xero to confirm the setup before wider use.
