What's integrated? For now, the key details of all of your clients are available right within Cradle. Each day, Cradle will update it's database of contacts with the most important information from XPM, meaning that when you need to call a client, you only need to type their name in Cradle to find their number.
When the phone rings, Cradle will display the client (or clients) with a matching phone number, and give you one-click access to that client's profile in XPM, meaning that no matter what their question is, you'll be answering it in no time.
Getting started
Getting started is super simple.
Once you've signed up for a trial with Cradle, you just need to head over to our integrations page and click Integrate with Xero Practice Manager! It will seriously only take you about 30 seconds.
Within a minute or so, your client's contact data will be available within Cradle.
