Getting started
Follow the instructions below.

You must be a HubSpot Super Admin or have HubSpot App Marketplace permissions in your HubSpot account.

Get started by navigating to the HubSpot Marketplace listing, Install integration.

You will be prompted to enter your Xero credentials if you haven't logged in.

Installing the integration will automatically import your Xero tax rates into HubSpot's tax library.

Set up syncs in the recommended order for best results: (1) Contact sync, (2) Product sync (from Xero → HubSpot), (3) Invoice sync.

When invoice sync is enabled, payment syncing is automatically turned on.

Select what data you would like to sync, review the sync settings and start syncing.
