HireHop Equipment Rental Software + Xero
HireHop automatically synchronises your invoices, payments, purchase orders, credit notes and contacts with Xero behind the scenes, without the need for any user intervention. New contacts created in HireHop that are used in purchase orders or invoices are also automatically sent to Xero. You can enter payments or credit notes in Xero or HireHop against an invoice, and automatically they will synchronise and add them to each other, giving you the experience of HireHop and Xero working truly as one. You can even assign multiple Xero companies to different depots in HireHop.
Getting started
Simplicity and ease of use being tantamount when using HireHop. All you need to do is subscribe to HireHop, add a Xero company and synchronise HireHop with Xero in HireHop's settings. You can then import all your required bank accounts, nominal codes, tax codes and contacts, removing the ones you don't need. Once done, assign Xero company as your default accounting package or assign it to your chosen depot(s). You can even setup nominal and tax groups should some of your products require these, as well as match up existing contacts to ones in Xero.
