Poor in comparison to classic expenses

Having been forced from Xero Classic Expenses this year, Xero Expenses is very poor in comparison, particularly the way it forces you to make a claim for every single purchase, rather than group into a claim as before.

Classic expenses being removed from Xero

It is one thing to lock new features behind a subscription, but Xero is now removing features that used to exist and directing us to a paid version, this is really questionable

This was an included feature... now it costs...

Why is this now an additional expense? It has been part of the Xero offering for over a decade :-(

Being forced to use an unwanted paid app

The old way of submitting expenses worked perfectly well and was part of the standard Xero package (as it should be being a very normal function for accounting software). Now Xero are discontinuing classes expenses and forcing us down a paid route which is less user friendly for the admin and approval functions. Thanks for nothing....

Frustrating on an Iphone

Had no issues on an Android but the functionality for trying to upload a photo stored on your Iphone is less than stellar. Only allows you to upload a photo into a limited amount of stored photos in their "photo library" on the app, to then select to use for a receipt. This option to upload a new receipt often is limited. I'm quite often forced to use the desktop app in the middle of trying to submit an expense out of frustration.
