AccountancyManager + Xero
When you’ve connected your Xero Account to AccountancyManager, any Contact that you create in Xero will be brought through to AccountancyManager as a Client. Likewise for AccountancyManager - any Client you create will be brought through to Xero as a Contact.
Any updates you make to those Contacts and Clients will be reflected in the other respective software.
In addition to this, invoices raised in AM will create a draft invoice in Xero. Invoices created in Xero will create an invoice in AM. If marked as paid in either software, this will be updated in both places.
To get started simply head to the tools section within AccountancyManager and select “Integrations”. You can begin the integration process by choosing the Xero icon. You’ll be asked to enter your Xero credentials and select the organisation you wish to sync with.
Once the sync has started, your Xero customer data will be brought over to AccountancyManager. You’ll also be able to sync any newly-created invoices. Should you have any questions throughout the process, please feel free to contact our support team who will be happy to help.
