Workhorse is an inventory management application for product businesses that need accurate stock control across purchasing, fulfilment and production workflows.
It is designed for companies where inventory is operationally complex — multiple locations, bundles, assemblies, or supplier-driven workflows — and where data quality directly impacts performance.

Workhorse uses AI to automate the ingestion of operational documents, including:
- Sales orders
- Goods received notes
Documents are captured via email, classified, and key data extracted directly into Workhorse. All data is validated before being written to the system.
This removes manual entry, reduces delays, and significantly lowers the risk of stock and purchasing errors.

Workhorse integrates with Xero to keep financial data aligned with your operational workflows, with Workhorse acting as the system of record.
Customers and suppliers, sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, bills, tracking categories, chart of accounts and tax rates are synced from Workhorse into Xero.
Payment status and selected financial updates are synced back from Xero where applicable.

Connect to Xero Connect your Xero account to Workhorse and authorise access to your organisation.

Sync your financial data Pull across your chart of accounts, tax rates and tracking categories to align Workhorse with your accounting setup.

Configure your settings Choose how invoices, purchase orders and other records should post into Xero.

Start using Workhorse Create sales and purchase transactions in Workhorse that are synced to Xero automatically. Payment status can be synced back from Xero where applicable.
