Krishane P has provided great support and service
Lightyear software is not as easy to use as AUTO entry but is more powerful in liquor bills processing and management approval function. Krishane is very friendly, professional and helpful in lightyear implementation process. Thank you for your work.

Great Customer Service
Lightyear is so easy to set up and use. Saves time. Any issues, customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. Best thing is the app is always being updated to give more value for money

A new way of working
Having recently opened a new MAT and coming from a maintained school this system has been such a huge improvement for us on what we previously used.
The implementation process was superb with as much training and support as you needed. Lightyear worked with us to ensure the system was set up exactly how we needed it to be and having had our first internal audit - it ticked all the boxes.
It's was a lot to learn and a very different way of working from the previous very outdated system we used which has probably made the transition harder for some users than others.
I really like the transparency for auditing purposes.
The system is sometimes slow but I am not sure if this is a local issue or a Lightyear issue.
The system is very good value for money and has certainly met our expectations.

Powerful product, some challenges for users
Lightyear has developed very powerful software that reads customer bills down to line item level. Then it has a powerful PO capability with 3-way matching of goods receipts and lines on bills to the original PO.
These capabilities make the system more challenging than some to implement and to get working in the right way for your organisation.
We have also found some challenges with the system's usability - especially when it comes to queries and reporting.
Hoping that Lightyear overcome these challenges and that we can give a 5* rating in the future.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
