Incredible product, even better customer support
After years of begging Xero for a way to make batch payments to credit notes with zero improvements, Batchly has been an absolute game changer. They are literally saving us hours of work by streamlining our batch payment features. On top of a fantastic product, they have been a true pleasure to collaborate with. They’ve even hopped on video calls at 6:00 AM their time just to accommodate our 14-hour time difference (we are US-based) and made updates to their products to specifically meet our needs. Highly recommend!!

Great for Large Payment Runs
Batchly has made payment runs a lot more straightforward, especially when handling large batches. Everything stays in one clean run, which makes it much easier to manage and reconcile.
It’s simple to use, gives good visibility before processing, and the automatic remittances are a nice bonus. Overall, it just makes the whole process quicker and less messy.

Excellent tool for streamlining payment workflows

Excellent System!!
We've been working with Batchly for the last 3months and our experience has been first rate. The system is excellent, we're processing 800-1000 bill payments per month and Batchly makes it really easy.
Being able to deal with credits at the bill payment stage, rather than within Xero one by one is a huge improvement.
The reporting functionality is excellent, and having auditable payment reports a huge step forward.
