BrightManager is an award-winning, cloud-based practice management software - designed by accountants and used by thousands of practices across the UK. BrightManager provides accountants with the opportunity to onboard clients with ease, run their practices more efficiently and reduce the admin involved in working on clients' affairs. We have a range of features and solutions available within the software to help reduce the admin involved in running a successful accountancy practice.
AccountancyManager + Xero
When you’ve connected your Xero Account to BrightManager, any Contact that you create in Xero will be brought through to BrightManager as a Client. Likewise for AccountancyManager - any Client you create will be brought through to Xero as a Contact.
Any updates you make to those Contacts and Clients will be reflected in the other respective software.
In addition to this, invoices raised in BrightManager will create a draft invoice in Xero. Invoices created in Xero will create an invoice in BrightManager. If marked as paid in either software, this will be updated in both places.
Getting started
To get started simply head to the tools section within BrightManager and select “Integrations”. You can begin the integration process by choosing the Xero icon. You’ll be asked to enter your Xero credentials and select the organisation you wish to sync with.
Once the sync has started, your Xero customer data will be brought over to BrightManager. You’ll also be able to sync any newly-created invoices. Should you have any questions throughout the process, please feel free to contact our support team who will be happy to help.
