My Second, Giant, Left Side, More Brainy, Brain Extension

WorkflowMax has been my left-hemisphere augmentation for many years. It’s genuinely life-changing management software, and the new upgraded system is truly next-level — continually improving and evolving in all the right directions. Huge shout-out to the new My Productivity Summary, as well as old favourites: Milestones, Leads, Quoting system, and the brilliant emailworkflowmax.com functionality that automatically stores and organises all our emails and attachments. And of course, the core job and task management remains rock solid. This is the platform that helps me sleep at night — everything is tracked, stored, visible, and under control. Highly recommend for any business that needs clarity, structure, and smart automation behind the scenes.

Great For Project Management

We've been using WFM now for several years (old owners and new owners) and rate it highly. Previously, our job management system was mainly manual / paper based. It was slow, cumbersome and prone to human error. WFM has saved us time, money, effort and worry - would certainly recommend. The app works well albeit more limited in functionality than the full blown desktop version.

less time on timesheets = more time for productivity

easy to navigate software with a clean UI. some customisable options to tailor to org specifics like custom reports and the ability to cover the projects from end to end are game changers. deep compatibility to Xero helps too

I love WorkflowMax

I love WorkflowMax, it's such good value. I run contracts with various different cost rates, and various different custom client rates and WFM handles it all so easily. And, besides all the other features I've got so used to over the years I am loving the new additions - especially the added functionality with Custom Fields - it really is a game changer.

Improving all the time

We've been with WFM for the last 5 years. Since Bluerock have taken over i've found them to be very responsive with any queries, willing to listen to suggestions and make improvements accordingly. WFM works for our business and we are very happy customers!
