Ezzybills is by far the best bills add-on we have found for Xero, the customer support is also great with prompt responses and easy to follow steps for any help required. Ezzybills has cut our work load down so much so we can focus on the more important tasks.

EzzyBills is a robust and highly capable solution that we have used to automate the tedious and time consuming task of loading various Suppliers' Invoices onto Xero. The support from the team is excellent. They always reply within 24 hours and have always been able to resolve any queries. They go the extra mile by proactively informing you of additional features the product has and they think may be of use. One of the great strengths of the product is its in-built ability to learn from corrections you make in Xero. For those with a more technical leaning, you can utilize the highly impressive workflow and task-building tools that enable you to build custom functionality to extract information from the invoice - or even perform calculations or split amounts out. But don't worry if this sounds too much - the support team can offer services to do the bespoke work for you. I have been very impressed by the robust way the software performs - it works without glitches, and everything it has processed is audited and transparent. It is simply an excellent example of an automation tool that actually delivers the speed, efficiency and accuracy benefits you would want.

Ezzybills allow you to set up multiple approvers, stamp approvers on the invoice, automate GL Code and post the invoices to Xero. No more manual data entries.
