very quick to help
I couldn't work out why a report setting had changed and although it was before 8am Stela was online and replied at once and sorted it out.

Excellent customer service
Stela was very helpful in guiding me through the process of collapsing accounts in Joiin reports. She clearly explained each step and ensured I understood how to apply it correctly. I appreciate her patience and professionalism. Thank you!

Must Have for Group Consolidations
Joiin is a brilliant product and has made accurate consolidations possible in an efficient manner. Having the option to create custom reports means the possibilities are endless with joiin and I have drove many automations and improvements with this feature. I would also like to add that they always listen to any feedback and use it to add new features.

Good product and good value
We moved from other consolidation product to Joiin. It does wonderful job, achieved what we want, also so important the subscription price is so good.

Great product, smooth integration into Xero
Effective reporting tool to derive improved Xero reports. Really easy to set up and ticks all the buttons
