My experience as a service8m partner (South Africa)

Great web based application with apple and android app for technicians. Experience as a partner - minimum 8 hours investment in training videos and $99 annual partner fee. Client queried the implementation (4hrs) and training budget (4hrs) and service8m support advised the client that setup should only 0.5hrs. How do we resell a product where we need to pay $99 p.a. and watch 8 hours of roadmap videos and then charge a client 0.5hrs for a setup?

Partners can convert the business’s existing paper-based procedures, reports and certificates into digital Forms which can be completed on site with the ServiceM8 app. Partners can create a range of custom online enquiry and booking pages with Services, letting the business’s clients make an enquiry, request a quote, or book & pay for a service, online, 24/7. Partners can help set up and train the business in the use of powerful add-ons, like Asset Management, Proposals, Knowledge, Bundles, ServiceM8 Phone, and +50 other add-ons, to unlock opportunities to improve their efficiency, productivity, cash flow, bottom line and customer service. Partners can offer their clients ongoing support and consultation services, to answer questions while they’re still getting used to ServiceM8, help the business as they evolve to get more out of ServiceM8 (months/years later) by activating additional features, or keep the business updated on new ServiceM8 features & improvements as they’re released. So yes, it is possible for someone to set up and learn ServiceM8 themselves over time, if DIY is their style. The Best App Out There

I've used Service M8 for a few years, and it's still the best app out there. I've tried all the other apps, and they just don't come close. Usability and ease of use are perfect.

I love this product!

Servicem8 is one of my favourite business tools. I highly recommend it if you run a home service-based business!

Servicem8 App

We were looking at integrating a work flow management tool and a chance visit to the Apple store in Aberdeen highlighted Service M8 to me and how it worked. We starting using servicem8 at the start of the year to see if it would make our life easier and i must say we are delighted at how easy it has been to get all our staff on board and the way we are able to allocate jobs to our workforce. We are leaning as we go along and Service M8 has been a great asset to out company, keep up the great work Service M8.

It's worked for us!

We have Service M8 connected to Xero for our one year old business. We have loved having all the tools to help us get quotes and invoices out and communicate with our clients really successfully both with text and email. Once the job is done and invoice is sent, it is passed through to Xero. Once we reconcile it in Xero, the invoice has "Paid" written on it and can then be sent to the client. Very straight forward.

ServiceM8 has streamlined our electrical business 10 fold and saves us hours of time each week. Highly recommend!!
