We use Scoro daily for time tracking and billing, and the standout is the Xero sync — logged hours flow straight into invoicing without re-keying data between systems, which cuts real admin time and keeps our books cleaner. Project management is weaker than the dedicated tool we came from (Asana), though that's the trade-off with an all-in-one platform — no competitor doing both well would likely beat a specialist there either. The bigger gap for us has been resourcing: getting a clear view of team capacity and upcoming milestones takes more digging than it should. Overall it's become core to how we run projects and get paid for them, with room to grow on the planning side.

Seamless experience with our Invoices integration so far

We’ve been using Scoro integrated with Xero for the past eight months and have found the connection to be completely seamless. The integration works flawlessly, and I would highly recommend Scoro to anyone already using Xero.

We have been using Scoro since 2021 and are very happy with its PSA capabilities, Xero integration and customer service. I love how you can drill down from Scoro to Xero and vice versa. The only aspect that requires improvement with the Xero integration is the need for manual adjustment of the penny rounding in Xero. Hence, it is only getting four stars.

We were using XERO for accounting plus project management but decided to keep XERO for accounting purposes only, due to lack of PM features and switch to SCORO for project management. We were concerned about Scoro to XERO sync for invoices and bills but this has run without problems.
