The team is incredibly helpful, providing immediate support with step-by-step guides and instructional videos tailored to every inquiry. Additionally, the reporting tools are excellent, offering high-quality formats that are somewhat customizable to meet specific needs.

Excellent reporting and visuals
Reporting is all about telling a story, and Fathom is the best I found at supporting in doing that. The basic visuals and KPI monitoring, and level of detail available in building bespoke reports whilst keeping it engaging for non-financial stakeholders is excellent. Tracking non-financial metrics adds a whole new dimension that allows us to consolidate the whole business together in one place rather than jumping between platforms.

Talk about save my bacon!
So, I had some issues with my updates syncing to Xero and when I contacted support (UK) it was after hours! Well, within minutes I got a reply and my companies unlocked and was able to get my reports out to clients. I've had a few queries over the past year (of using) and they have always been so prompt with replies and extremely helpful. Thank you Team Fathom!
