The integration of Xero to our Kolleno system was very smooth. It allows us to view everything in one place such as payments, communication, reconciliations etc. The automation saves us so much time while also keeping on top of our finances. Kolleno has helped us improve customer relationships as it allows us to action any issues quickly which in turn allows us to keep on top of credit management.

best accounts receivable for collections.

Kolleno app for Xero is a game-changer for accounts receivable management. The app is very intuitive and helps to automate all the repetitive admin tasks when it comes to receivables collections. Thanks to Kolleno, all the the invoice deadlines, communications with clients are kept in one place and we no longer need to keep track of these in our inboxes manually. What we enjoy the most in our team is how Kolleno app integrates with Xero and gives a list of actions to be performed to improve collections. Moreover, it also suggests pre-drafted messaging that we can accept or modify, and there is a possibility to set up the automatic collections strategies that will be executed depending on the status of the invoice- paid/overdue/approaching deadline and many more. Besides the collections actions, we benefit from the reports and analytics to give us a better understanding of our AR. Thank to the Kolleno app our collections and communications with our clients improved. Highly recommend!
