Multi Currency Bills & Invoicing

I have now learned that the ability to handle Multi Currency transactions, will not now be supported, whereas we were lead to believe that this feature would be a definite inclusion. I am very frustrated to now learn of this omission, as for it was the major reason to stay for the Migration. I know there are work arounds, but I have put up these for a long time, and to my company it is a MAJOR problem that I cannot live with any longer. I also would like to highlite that when I 1st started to check this out I sent a request WFM support for a call back to discuss this, the following is the reply I received "We don't offer phone support right at this point, however please feel free to send your questions via replying to this email." I then proceed to attempt to get support via the website. After being contacted by a WFM specialist consultant who was not aware, of the dropping of this functionality, he stated that as I have not had this functionality with XERO WFM, so why should I worry about it now. His answer to the problem "If you don't like it, lump it" This is a dealbreaker for me and unless something changes before JUL 1, or a firm commitment to an implementation date, I will not proceed any further. This is a shame as we have been working towards converting, on the understanding that this feature would be ready to go in May 24.

As a long-time user of WorkflowMax, I was eager to transition to the new WorkflowMax2 by BlueRock. The updated UI and new features have streamlined our job management, providing a much smoother experience for our entire team. We’re also pleased to see that the Xero sync continues to operate as seamlessly as it did on the original WorkflowMax

WFM by Blue Rock is not ready for launch

I must say I'm extremely unhappy with WFM BlueRock. We had plans to migrate from Xero WFM to BlueRock WFM, but after the first 10 days, we have decided to cut bait. There were so many technical issues out of the gate when we tried to reconcile our data with Xero WFM. It's like a black hole. No one responded to our 8 technical issue submissions for 7 days until I wrote a scathing email. I was so excited to migrate to WFM BlueRock, but the lack of zero status updates after 7 days is extremely concerning. Most of my requests relate to product issues that we figured would be dealt with by now...especially with only 2 months left to migrate. I now decided to seek out other software alternatives since I'm very concerned WFM BlueRock is not up to the standards where a customer can reliably trust all data we would have migrated since you can't even run accurate reports from WFM BlueRock to reconcile. Their data is just wrong when compared to Xero WFM. It's mind-boggling they have these basic issues with only 2 months to go. The reply I did get back was "we only had 9 months to get there." They might be better sometime in the future but based on my experience and the basic technical issues that should have been addressed during beta testing, there is no way I can trust they can pull it off. Plus, their system is painstakingly slow. It takes 10 to 15 to filter and click through each step. I never had any speed issues with Xero WFM which we have used since 2018.

Great company and product to get behind!

To fathom that Bluerock has built a like-for-like application in less than 12 months for companies like mine to transition to with next-to-no downtime is simply remarkable. Thank you to the Bluerock team and everyone involved. I can't wait to see where you guys take this platform!

Do NOT switch to BlueRock

Firstly the platform is 10 steps backwards and we have had endless issues and their service level is uphauling with no call nor on-line support. The system requires almost double the actions and so many system errors mean you often have to restart your quote / invoice / PO all over again. We have cancelled and are moving to Monday
