We have been working with EzzyBills for a number of years now and have been extremely impressed with their software. Their software has been able to read and code extremely complicated income statements, gross up parts for GST and parts that are GST free. It can also accurately read category/location tracking and post to the correct categories in Xero. The whole process has saved us 1.5 hours of processing time per day. Once the workflow was set up, we simply email statements into Ezzybills and it reads and posts them into Xero. The support team are highly responsive and always there to help. If you have complex statements that are very time consuming to post, give them a try and work with their team as I am sure they can find a solution for you.

EzzyBills is a great timesaving tool which allows us to include the cost of jobs into Simpro, as well as entering the bills into Xero. Not without some minor issues that crop up from time-to-time, but the support service is very prompt and reliable. They do a great job!

Nikko has been amazing, has managed to tailor Ezzybills to suit our needs and volume of invoices. So much better than our previous invoice reading app. Is saving us so much time and a lot less double handling of invoices.
