We have been using the system for 2 years, across 19 Branches and 40+ Managers. Team have found it simple easy to use. Much better than the manual / paper POs that we used to have or excel spreadsheet PO system. Managers also love that there is an app for mobile use. Would be helpful if there was more training and support locally in NZ but aside from that we are very happy with it.

Very good platform to get invoices approved using DFAs. Marries and communicates well with Xero and Dext :)

I've been using ApprovalMax for a few years in various companies (I'm a roving financial director), and it always without fail speeds up processes, reduces email noise and duplication, and systemises "rules" like limits for each person. It's very tailorable (eg you can see a user to be able to see only bills from certain suppliers, nothing confidential), and the workflow set up is the easiest you can imagine; very visual, very drag-and-drop, etc. Super-intuitive, highly recommend.

We have been using approval max for 12 months and it's been awesome!. Our workflow for AP are now streamlined. I now have visibility on all purchases raised from all users & cost centres. Highly recommend ApprovalMax.
