Saving me a fortune :)

After losing one of my long time staff members decided to outsource our reconciliation, and reached out to get a quote from a bookkeeper. After receiving a quote for $2500 + GST per month, I knew there had to be a better way! I started with the free trial, then purchased the first month to really get the system up and running. As I import from multiple site, and payment platforms, and multiple currencies, its taken a good few days to get it humming seamlessly, but I am so excited by how well its working. Marko has been amazing on Customer support online, and V got on a personalised set up call right away to talk me through all the set up. This is going to save me so many hours and $$$, and frustration! The level of detail that is created, will cull our manual cross checking enormously. I can't thank you guys enough!

ABSOLUTE BEST THING I HAVE EVER FOUND

WOW- after years of the stress of payments and invoices, this app has saved me SO much stress. I am blown away by it and it has saved me so much time. My customers are also happier too. The support is the best I have ever known, the team answer your questions within seconds every single time. Andrew and Viet have been incredible, I know anytime I am stuck they help me instantly. Could recommend any more!

Was looking good, now a bit of a nightmare.

Whilst the service works for the most part, there are inherant flaws and getting support for these issues can at times be nothing short of a nightmare. My accountant is currently takling with their senior tech support due to incorrectly syncing transactions, and... Don't expect a quick or easy resolution to getting a refund when their payment processor forces you to make multiple payments in order use the service you've already paid an excessive amount for. Apparently it was an "accidental error by our Payment Processor". After hours spent trying to resolve the issue, now over a week, I'm being passed to the management team for the 2nd time to get the issue resolved. What was previously a good experience with this company is starting to sour. I'm doubtful I'll get a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

We have already resolved your billing requests (as per the recent communication with you) and we are sure that working together with your accountant the syncing problem will be resolved as well. Once the issue is completely fixed hope Synder will be back on track working to seamlessly and accurately automate your accounting!

Seamless

The integration with PayPal and Stripe has been seamless so far. Would be good to have a cheaper plan available for a smaller number of transactions.

Synder works really well, easy to setup and integrate with Amazon
