Just finished onboarding on this excellent app including some rather challenging requirements we brought along. Spencer in particular has been tremendous help in making this happen, always available & very knowledgeable & very personable.

I have been able to learn all the various aspects of Scale Xp in a short period of time through my onboarding sessions with Spencer, thank you so much man!. I felt very supported by Spencer, who is extremely knowledgeable about the system as well as accounting in general. There was no t a single question or query I had he was not able to solve/address with ease. Even after he returned from leave, he checked in with me to confirm all is fine in terms of the reports i had built.

We are just getting started with ScaleXP and the team are very helpful getting some initial queries sorted. Our aim is to move away from a recurring revenue master spreadsheet by using ScaleXP.

It is exactly what we need to account for our revenue recognition. Very happy we can change from Excel spreadsheet to ScaleXP. Great support to help us onboard to ScaleXP too.
