Customer Service is terrible. Says one to one customer service - I had a call - got cut off - never came back to me. Second person still has not come back to me. Software Fails The AI within the software thinks its cleverer than the information that is coming from Xero. ie - if I tell xero the payment date - which is the payment date that I want to be accurate - then cashflow frog thinks that it knows better and puts in the date it thinks you're going to pay. Rubbish... even when you say you don't want to - in one place the settings allow you to say use the planned payment date and in another place it completely ignores them rendering this software totally useless - I want to use it to see how much cash I'm going to have on the expenditure I know I have - not what the software thinks is going to happen.

I have tried a lot of cash flow forecasting software and this is the first one that successfully pulls the info I need from Xero :-)

So happy I found this app - it's an utter game changer in terms of cash flow management and forecasting. Not only is the UI amazing and intuitive, the AI forecasting features smart and on the ball, the tools and Xero integration top tier but the support is amazing, highly responsive and super helpful too. Worth every penny and then some - couldn't recommend this more highly!

I don't know how I ever lived without this. Easy to set up, easy to use. LOVE IT.

I love this product and use it across several clients who also benefit from this product. Cashflow is so important and being able to see graphs and it matches to Xero you know everything is accounted for.

We tried everything, and every time we went back to excel as it's quicker to view, update and plan. But Cash flow frog meets every requirement we had. It's quick, Intuitive and you can build scenarios in minutes. absolutely love this app and the support is excellent.
