It is so nice that I can see where my approvals are at a glance. I only wish they would allow matching from invoice to PO and delivery docket on the platform as we still handle that manually.

ApprovalMax

Having integrated ApprovalMax with Xero has improved how our financial approvals are managed. Instead of relying on email chains and manual follow-ups, invoices, bills, and purchase orders are automatically routed to the right managers based on predefined approval rules. Spending is properly authorized before it reaches Xero, while maintaining a clear audit trail. It has also sped up the accounts payable process and allows non-finance staff to submit or approve requests without needing full access to Xero, improving both our efficiency and control. Overall, ApprovalMax has created a more controlled, transparent and efficient financial approval environment while fully leveraging the capabilities of Xero.

ApprovalMax

I love ApprovalMax. It saves me having to chase around finding people to approve paper invoices and of course, saves on paper. It allows a clear segration of duties which shows clearly in the audit trail. It is quick and easy to use and links so well with Xero. I'm sure it will prove to be a great asset and time saver at auditing time.

ApprovalMax and XERO

I like the automated approval workflows. However, I recently wanted to work on multiple screens meaning have the next Purchase Order while the other one was incomplete, because I needed to receive some information from the client. The system would not allow me to do so. I had to leave it in draft and go back to it again later. With regard to XERO, it seems to have limited capabilities to handle multiple tracking categories.
